A few practical details.
Confirmation & reminders
Your booking confirmation includes your Zoom information. You will receive a reminder by email 1 day before your appointment, and a 2-hour SMS reminder only if you opt in through Zoom.
Cancellation & rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a paid individual appointment.
The links in your confirmation email provide eligible self-service cancellation or rescheduling with 24 or more hours’ notice, including applicable automatic refunds.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, normal self-service refund and rescheduling eligibility ends. Late cancellations and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable. Julie retains discretion for genuine emergencies.
