For paid offerings, payment information is processed by Stripe. JulieOldbury.com does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card information.
For scheduling and Zoom-based experiences, information necessary to schedule and deliver the appointment or gathering may also be processed through Zoom and the connected calendar system.

Payments for applicable Question Sessions, Reiki sessions, Mindset Moonlighting, and other paid offerings are processed through Stripe.

SCHEDULING, CALENDAR, AND ZOOM
Scheduling and meeting delivery may involve Zoom and Microsoft/Outlook.
Information necessary to create appointments, identify scheduling conflicts, deliver Zoom access, manage appointments, and send related communications may be processed through those services.
Ordinary Question Sessions, Reiki sessions, and LifeWave® overview appointments are not intended to be automatically recorded as part of the standard meeting configuration.
MINDSET MOONLIGHTING AND RECORDING
Mindset Moonlighting is a live guided evening practice for adults age 18 and older.
Mindset Moonlighting sessions may be recorded by Dr. Julie Oldbury.
Participants are not required to speak, share, or turn on their cameras. A participant who chooses to speak may be captured in a recording.
Participation does not by itself grant Julie unrestricted permission to use an identifiable participant contribution publicly. Any materially different public use of an identifiable participant contribution will be handled separately as appropriate.
There is no participant replay entitlement at launch.
QUESTION SESSIONS AND REIKI
Question Sessions are educational and reflective in nature and are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, or crisis support.
Reiki is offered as a complementary wellbeing practice and is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support. No particular outcome is promised.
Information voluntarily shared in connection with these services is used to provide the requested experience and should not be treated as the creation of a medical or psychotherapy record.
You are not required to provide medical history unless a future service expressly requires information that is lawfully and appropriately requested.
