These Terms of Service govern your use of JulieOldbury.com and your purchase, booking, subscription, registration, or participation in services offered by Dr. Julie Oldbury through KEIVA JADE .INSIDE BUSINESS LLC.
By using the website or purchasing, booking, subscribing to, or participating in an offering, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase, book, subscribe to, or participate in the applicable service.

JulieOldbury.com is the personal and professional website of Dr. Julie Oldbury, Metaphysician.
The site may include writing, educational and reflective material, Question Sessions, Reiki, Mindset Moonlighting, LifeWave® information, speaking and media information, collaboration opportunities, and other work developed or presented by Julie.
Availability, pricing, descriptions, and features may change over time.
QUESTION SESSIONS
Public Question Sessions are currently offered remotely through Zoom.
Available public sessions may include:
Focused Question Session — 30 minutes — $138
Enhanced Question Session — 60 minutes — $250
Extended Question Session — 90 minutes — $380
Question Sessions are educational and reflective experiences.
They are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis support.
A participant does not need to arrive with a perfectly formed Question.
Payment is required before a paid appointment is confirmed.
REIKI
Public Reiki sessions are currently offered remotely through Zoom.
Available public sessions may include:
30-Minute Reiki Session — $80
60-Minute Reiki Session — $130
Reiki is offered as a complementary wellbeing practice.
It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support, and no particular physical, emotional, energetic, or other result is promised.
Participation in Reiki is voluntary.
Payment is required before a paid appointment is confirmed.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING — PAID 1:1 APPOINTMENTS
Question Sessions and Reiki appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for ordinary cancellation or rescheduling.
When cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the participant may use the available self-service cancellation or rescheduling options and may receive any applicable automatic refund provided through the booking/payment system.
When less than 24 hours remain before the appointment, ordinary self-service refund and rescheduling eligibility ends.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable.
Julie may make an exception in her discretion for a genuine emergency.
If Julie must cancel an appointment, an appropriate rescheduling or refund option will be provided.
LIFEWAVE® OVERVIEWS

These are informational conversations provided without charge.
No payment or refund is involved.
If your plans change, please cancel or reschedule so the appointment time can be made available to someone else.
Information concerning LifeWave® products is general informational material and is not medical advice.
Information concerning the LifeWave® partner opportunity does not constitute a promise of income, earnings, profitability, or business success.
LifeWave® purchases, partner relationships, product terms, compensation plans, and other LifeWave® services are governed separately by LifeWave.
MINDSET MOONLIGHTING
Mindset Moonlighting is a live guided evening wellbeing and reflective practice for adults age 18 and older.
The current schedule is generally:
Sunday through Thursday at 8:31 PM Eastern Time
Sessions generally last approximately 30 minutes.
Participation may include listening, reflection, journaling, silence, or speaking. Participants are not required to speak, share, or turn on their cameras.
Mindset Moonlighting is educational and experiential in nature and is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or crisis support.
No particular outcome is promised.
MINDSET MOONLIGHTING — ONE NIGHT
A One Night registration is currently:
$8
A One Night registration applies to the selected evening.
When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, the registration may be transferred to another available Mindset Moonlighting evening.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, the payment is generally nonrefundable and nontransferable.
If Julie cancels the selected gathering, the participant may choose an available transfer or refund.
MINDSET MOONLIGHTING — MONTHLY
Monthly participation is currently:
$30 per month
The subscription renews automatically until canceled.
A monthly participant may attend available Sunday-through-Thursday gatherings while the subscription remains active and does not need to RSVP each evening.
Cancellation may be made through the available Stripe billing-management process.
When cancellation is scheduled, it takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Access continues through the already-paid period.
There are no prorated refunds for an unused portion of a billing period after that period has begun.
A failed renewal payment may be subject to Stripe’s normal payment-retry process.
LIVE-ONLY AND RECORDING NOTICE
Mindset Moonlighting is live-only at launch.
Registration or subscription does not include a participant replay entitlement.
Mindset Moonlighting sessions may be recorded by Dr. Julie Oldbury.
Participants may keep their cameras off and are not required to speak. A participant who chooses to speak may be captured in the recording.
Participation does not automatically grant Julie unrestricted permission to publish or commercially use an identifiable participant contribution. Any materially different public use of an identifiable contribution will be addressed separately where appropriate.
Ordinary Question Sessions, Reiki sessions, and LifeWave® overview appointments are not intended to be automatically recorded as part of the standard meeting configuration.
ZOOM AND TECHNOLOGY
Remote experiences are delivered using third-party technology such as Zoom.
You are responsible for having an internet connection, compatible device, and environment suitable for participation.
Julie is not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment, internet connection, software, device settings, or other conditions outside her reasonable control.
If a material technical failure on Julie’s side prevents delivery of a paid service, Julie may provide an appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund remedy.
Zoom and other third-party platforms are also governed by their own terms.
PAYMENTS
Applicable payments are processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the amount shown at checkout.
For recurring services, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring amount until cancellation becomes effective.
JulieOldbury.com does not need to store your complete payment-card number.
APPOINTMENT COMMUNICATIONS
Booking or registering for an experience may result in operational emails concerning confirmation, Zoom access, reminders, cancellation, rescheduling, payment, subscription status, and appropriate follow-up.
If you voluntarily opt in to SMS appointment notifications, those messages are for operational appointment purposes.
SMS appointment consent is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Message and data rates may apply.
PRIVATE COACHING AND CONSULTATIONS
Personal Coaching and Private Consultations may be offered selectively through private booking links.
Their duration, pricing, payment requirements, scope, and other terms may vary according to the engagement.
The terms presented with the specific private engagement control where they differ from the general website description.
They are not standard public-menu offerings unless Julie later designates them as such.
PROFESSIONAL SCOPE
Nothing on JulieOldbury.com should be treated as a substitute for services from an appropriately licensed or qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency professional where such professional services are needed.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, seek appropriate emergency or professional assistance rather than relying on this website or a scheduled session.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and use of information presented through the site or an experience.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
Human experiences vary.
No particular personal, professional, emotional, physical, financial, spiritual, energetic, business, or other result is promised or guaranteed from using JulieOldbury.com or participating in an offering.
Testimonials, examples, discussions, or descriptions of experience should not be interpreted as guarantees that another person will experience the same result.

Unless otherwise stated, the original writing, questions, frameworks, program materials, graphics, recordings, site content, and other materials presented through JulieOldbury.com are owned by or used with authorization by Dr. Julie Oldbury and/or KEIVA JADE .INSIDE BUSINESS LLC.
This includes applicable rights in names, marks, and bodies of work such as The BOLDER Way™, Rock the Mindset™, The Discipline™, and related original materials.
You may access site content for your own lawful personal use.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, create a competing commercial product from, or commercially exploit substantial original materials without authorization except as allowed by law.
Ordinary sharing of a public webpage link is permitted and encouraged.
USER CONDUCT
Do not use the website, booking systems, Zoom access, payment systems, or other services to interfere with operations, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious material, impersonate another person, harass participants, violate law, or misuse private meeting-access information.
Meeting and access links supplied for private or paid experiences should not be publicly posted or distributed without authorization.
Julie may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, systems, intellectual property, or the integrity of an experience.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
JulieOldbury.com uses and links to third-party services.
These may include Zoom, Stripe, Microsoft, LifeWave®, The BOLDER Way™, Rock the Mindset™, social platforms, publications, and other external resources.
Julie does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for the independent terms, privacy practices, availability, security, products, or representations of those third parties.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.
PRIVACY
Use of personal information associated with JulieOldbury.com is governed by the JulieOldbury.com Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Julie may update, pause, discontinue, rename, reprice, or otherwise modify offerings prospectively.
A change will not retroactively alter a confirmed paid appointment without an appropriate remedy.
Scheduled offerings may occasionally be changed or canceled because of circumstances affecting availability, technology, health, safety, or operations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Julie Oldbury and KEIVA JADE .INSIDE BUSINESS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or participation in an offering.
To the extent permitted by law, total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Before initiating a formal dispute, you are encouraged to contact Julie so the issue can be understood and, where possible, resolved directly.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated as the website, offerings, technology, or legal requirements evolve.
The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Terms applicable to an already-confirmed paid transaction will not be retroactively changed in a way that removes rights already provided for that transaction.
